Októberi napsütés

Szeretem. Szeretem a színeit, ahogy a fény megcsillan a leveleken. Még vannak zöldek, de a különféle sárgák, vörösek és barnák változatossá, mozgalmassá teszik az erdei tájat épp úgy, mint az iskolába igyekvő gyerekektől, a munkából hazatérő felnőttektől és az ügyes-bajos dolgaikat intéző nyugdíjasoktól hemzsegő várost. Szeged ilyenkor különösen szép. Annak idején a legcsúnyább, lucskos-jeges arcát mutatta, mikor legelőször a városba látogattam, beleszerettem, de amikor eljött a kora ősz... Imádtam. Az első fuvallattól az utolsó levél lehullásáig.Tele volt még így is napfénnyel, élettel. Ilyenkor legjobb még némi szendviccsel és üdítővel, netán egy jó könyvvel kiülni a Tisza-partra. Nem véletlenül Szeged a Napfény Városa.

Sunshine in october

I like it. I like the colours, as the light glitters on the leaves. There are green ones yet, but the yellows, reds and browns make not just the scene of a forest eventful and varied, but the town full of children going to schools,  adults getting home from work and retired people, who are running around doing different things. Szeged is especially beautiful these days. Even though, when I visited this town first in my life, it showed its ugliest face with half-melted snow and later ice, I falled in love with the place, but when early autumn came... I adored it. From the first breeze till the last falling leaves. It was full of sunshine and life as well. This is the best time to get out to the bend of river Tisza, taking some drink, sandwiches and a good book and just sit down, watching the water. No doubt, Szeged is Suncity.
